The prestigious David B. Stephen Award recognizes a member of NWACUHO who, over their years of service, has provided outstanding contributions to our association.  David B. Stephen served this organization as President, Newsletter Editor, initiator of the Northwest Training Institute, and in many other capacities during his tenure in the Northwest.  Through this award, we wish to honor those who have contributed to NWACUHO with the same kind of spirit.
